Tina is Acrisure's Midwest Managing Partner, overseeing growth and operations with a 25-year track record in strategic leadership across various sectors. Former President of HNI Risk Services and a Lt Colonel, retired, with the 128th Air Refueling Wing, she boasts extensive military command and executive level expertise focused on operational integration and growth. Tina graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and holds a Master-level certification in Command and Leadership from the Air Force. She's married, with a son, Jayden, who authored a book on his experience with deployment as a child.

He is an insurance and risk management industry veteran with more than 24 years’ experience working in multiple functional areas. Keith works closely with Tina and other key stakeholders to drive the strategic direction of the company, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

Chris’ expertise in carrier relationships, market knowledge, and strategic thinking is essential in driving the growth and success of our business.

Tony’s focus is on driving new business acquisition, fostering client relationships, and building a culture of Total Client Sales in the financial services industry.

Tyler has strong relationships with our partners in the field, as well as Acrisure’s leadership team, and is looking forward to leveraging those relationships to drive results.

Over the past 9 years, Janine has had direct responsibility for HNI’s people strategy, being a culture change agent and a part of the advisory team providing HR services.  She has 18+ years of experience in the insurance industry within both workers compensation and employee benefits areas. Collectively, all these areas allowed her to move away from just owning compliance to owning culture and delivering the best people strategy possible focusing on our people and aligning it with the vision of the business. 

Nicole Gonzalez

Prior to joining the Midwest team, Nicole served as a Strategic Supervisor for the Regulatory Affairs team and brings a career dedicated to client service and business improvements to Acrisure. Nicole joined Acrisure in September 2014 and has worked closely over the years with both our Agency Partners as well as Carriers in a leadership capacity. She is instrumental in driving ground-level improvements to our AP clients. In addition, Nicole supports the overall transition for our Agencies every step of the way to ensure the highest level of customer service with little to no interruptions.

Cassie brings more than 15 years of Employee Benefits risk management experience to the Employee Benefits Operations Leader role. As EB Operations Lead, Cassie will oversee the operational function of the Employee Benefits service teams, creating and implementing ongoing strategies to promote operational efficiency, enhanced customer service and employee satisfaction across the employee benefits practice in the Midwest.
