As Chief Financial Officer, Aaron Miller plays a critical role in helping to deploy and allocate capital effectively to accelerate growth and prepare Acrisure to meet the future needs of its clients. With more than 20 years of experience leading corporate development, strategy, and M&A, Aaron drives sustainable, profitable growth in global financial services companies.

Aaron was the Head of Financial Services in the Private Equities Department of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he led deal origination and portfolio management. A wholly owned subsidiary of ADIA is a shareholder in Acrisure. In addition to Acrisure, during his tenure at ADIA, Aaron served as a board member or observer for several portfolio companies, Corient, Fullsteam, Merchants Fleet Automotive Group, and Prismic Life Re.

Prior to ADIA, Aaron was Global Head of Strategy & Corporate Development for MassMutual, a leading U.S. life insurer and asset management company. During Aaron's four-year tenure, MassMutual completed over $18 billion of transactions.

Before joining MassMutual, Aaron served as Managing Vice President with Capital One Financial. As part of the broader Corporate Strategy Group, Aaron had a particular focus on helping to drive the company’s corporate development agenda.

Aaron received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Policy Studies from Duke University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
