Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Riley has over 20 years of experience in the aviation, aerospace, and insurance industries. He previously led Halton Hall & Associates along with his late mentor, business partner, and industry legend, F. Thomas Bradshaw. An Acrisure Partner with over 60 years of experience in aviation risk management, Halton Hall and Associates is one of six distinguished agencies focused exclusively on aviation insurance and risk management for both direct clients and a large co-broker network coming together to form Acrisure Aerospace.

He also led operations at a prominent Texas-based expedited air freight operator, which later merged with Forward Air. Prior to this, Jason honed his financial acumen as a financial analyst in the travel industry at Sabre Holdings and the airline sector at Prudential Equity Group under the mentorship of aviation industry veteran Bob McAdoo.

Jason's sterling reputation extends throughout the aviation underwriting and claims community, where he is recognized for his integrity and technical knowledge. Leveraging extensive relationships and a dynamic team of aviation insurance professionals, Jason and his agency excel in addressing diverse aviation-related risks. Through strategic co-brokerage partnerships, they bring specialized expertise to the table, ensuring comprehensive coverage tailored to each client's needs.

Committed to industry advancement, Jason has contributed his expertise to the Education Committee of the Aviation Insurance Association. Beyond his professional endeavors, he remains dedicated to community service, having served as a Board Member of Angel Flight South Central and Chapel Hill Children’s School, where he also chaired the Board.

Jason holds an MBA from the University of Kansas and a BBA from Baylor University.

Barry Dowlen is the Head of Growth for the Acrisure Aerospace platform and brings over 35 years experience in aviation insurance to the Aerospace group focusing on revenue growth and retention.  

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a BS degree in Aerospace Administration and a Private Pilot’s License, Barry joined INA/Cigna Insurance Company as an aviation insurance underwriter.  In 1992, he joined Falcon Insurance Agency as a partner and branch manager and after serving in various roles in the management of the agency and overseeing nine different Falcon offices, was promoted to President in 2015.  His leadership and dedication to outstanding customer service helped Falcon become one of the largest aviation insurance specialty brokerages in the US serving over 22,000 clients.

Barry resides in Kerrville, Texas with his wife Julie. 

Debi Fleischer is the Head of Operations for Acrisure Aerospace, bringing over 31 years of experience in the aviation insurance industry. Beginning as a receptionist in 1993, she quickly obtained her insurance license to work with personal aircraft owners and progressed through all lines of the agency. During her tenure, she became the manager of an office overseeing 10 staff members and designed and created two insurance programs to use as the management system. 

In 2007, Debi purchased the agency she worked for and continued to grow her expertise. In September 2022, she sold her agency to Acrisure and embraced the changes and opportunities that the company has to offer. Her unique ability to understand insurance and create management systems that work for the aviation industry helped her progress to her current role. 

Debi holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation as well as the Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP) designation for our industry. She currently resides in Olympia, Washington.
