Jim Hunt is Managing Partner of Acrisure's Northwest Region. He joined Bell-Anderson Agency, Inc. in 1995 as an Account Executive in Commercial Sales and most recently serves as the agency’s President and Chief Executive Officer. In 2017 Jim and Bell-Anderson Agency became an Acrisure Partner.

Previous to Bell-Anderson Agency, Jim worked with the Great American Insurance Group in Commercial Lines Underwriting and Marketing in Cincinnati, Seattle and Minneapolis.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Washington with a double major in Economics and International Studies from the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. Jim is committed to serving his community and does so through volunteering on numerous boards and coaching soccer, baseball, softball and lacrosse.

Steve Tanta joined Bell-Anderson in 2009 as Producer after spending his entire 28-year professional career in the insurance brokerage business. Most recently, he was named Bell-Anderson's Chief Financial Officer before taking on the role of Head of Finance for the Northwest Region. Steve’s career began as a strategic budget and planning analyst for a large multi-national brokerage firm before moving into a client-service role with a focus on large and mid-sized clients. His financial background as a Certified Public Accountant adds depth of understanding to client needs, expectations, and opportunities.

Prior to joining the Bell-Anderson team, Steve gained extensive experience with large and mid-sized companies during his distinguished tenure with two large local brokerage firms. He has received numerous production and client service awards at each brokerage he has been affiliated with; a testament to the quality of the service he provides to every client.

He has active experience in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Washington State CPA Association (WSCPA), the Bellevue Chamber, Construction Finance Managers Association (CFMA), Association of General Contractors (AGC) and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) . He is an active community volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, Watch Dogs (Dads of Great Students), and Little League Baseball.

Kathie Watson joined Bell-Anderson Agency, Inc. in 2014 as the Commercial Manager and most recently served as the agency’s Chief Operating Officer. As Head of Operations for the Northwest Region, she has oversight of the agency’s operational functions including administration, client services, claims, information technology, human resources and compliance.

With over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry and management, Kathie brings extensive, well-rounded knowledge. She formerly held management positions at Sedgwick/Marsh, Payne Financial Group and Cochrane & Co.

Kathie resides in Spokane, WA where she enjoys a myriad of sporting activities, spending time at her lake cabin and is a Gonzaga Basketball fan. She is an active member of the community serving as board member of the Spokane Business Breakfast Forum and volunteers with the Max Foundation, 1st Tee of the Inland NW, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Humane Society.

Andy Hoven's journey with Bell-Anderson Insurance began in March of 2003 when he joined as a Producer in both the Commercial and Benefits departments. Over the years, Andy has demonstrated his expertise and commitment, contributing significantly to the agency's success. Presently, he operates out of Renton, Washington where he focuses on cultivating strategic relationships and overseeing Client Solutions for the Northwest Region.

His prior role as a Producer reflects his deep understanding of the Commercial and Benefits sectors, showcasing his versatility in navigating the complexities of the insurance landscape. Andy's strategic mindset and emphasis on relationship-building align with the agency's objectives, contributing to its continued growth and success.

A proud graduate of Washington State University, Andy's dedication to excellence extends beyond the professional realm. Outside of work, he finds fulfillment in spending quality time with his family in the great outdoors. Whether it's exploring nature, engaging in outdoor activities, or simply enjoying precious moments with loved ones, Andy values the balance between his professional and personal life.

Daniel Graisy is a devoted family man and successful professional with a passion for the outdoors and sports. Living in the picturesque CDA, Idaho, which he proudly calls the world's best place to live, Daniel is happily married with two sons, Hayden (11) and Jackson (7). His life revolves around his family, and he finds joy in activities such as working out, hunting, golfing, and traveling.

In 2010, Daniel graduated from Eastern Washington University and embarked on his professional journey with an internship at Dickinson Insurance. Demonstrating exceptional skills and dedication, he steadily climbed the ranks, becoming a partner in 2021. His contribution played a pivotal role in the agency's remarkable success, achieving double-digit organic growth every year.

Daniel's commitment to excellence and sales acumen garnered him top sales awards with Safeco, showcasing his proficiency in the insurance industry. His leadership qualities and strategic vision led to the agency's acquisition by Acrisure in November 2022. Motivated by the company's vision, growth goals, and trajectory, Daniel took on the role of "Head of Growth" for the Northwest Region, further solidifying his position as a key player in the industry.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Daniel actively contributes to the insurance community by serving on various insurance boards, currently holding a position on the advisory board for Safeco. His journey is marked by a continuous pursuit of growth, both personally and professionally, making him a respected figure in the insurance landscape.
